Foster Care Summer Youth Program for Opportunity Youth – Request for Proposals
SEMCA is soliciting proposals for a contractor to provide a summer program that supports employment opportunities for youth in foster care and offers many job training and career counseling services. Eligible applicants are limited to American Job Center (AJC) operators that provide a range of services for those serving Foster Care clients, who are seeking employment, and offer a multitude of job training and career counseling services, under Workforce Investment Act of 1998, and reauthorized in the Workforce Innovation and Opportunities Act of 2014.

It is recommended that prospective bidders schedule an appointment to review the facility lawns prior to submitting a quote for services.
