SEMCA offers a competitive package to benefit-eligible employees on the first day of hire including office and remote work schedule, health and dental insurance (80% employer paid), 12 annual holidays, 30 days accrued paid time off per year, 6% employer match to 403(b) retirement plan, and tuition reimbursement. SEMCA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and employees with student loan debt are eligible to apply for Public Service Loan Forgiveness.
