For Employers
Rehabilitation Services (WIOA Title IV) are co-located with the Livonia and Wayne American Job Centers (AJC) and offered through referral at the other SEMCA (AJCs). Michigan Rehabilitation Services (MRS) is represented on the Workforce Development Board filling a vital role in advising SEMCA and assisting with the coordination of service alignment.

- Michigan Rehabilitation Services – Works in partnership with individuals with disabilities to prepare for and obtain employment, and helps employers find and retain qualified workers with disabilities.
- Michigan Bureau of Services for Blind Persons – A resource for blind or visually impaired individuals to help define goals and identify appropriate training and other services to achieve employment and independence.
