Immigrants, refugees, and asylees are eligible with the required documents to establish legal work authorization:

• Form I-94 Arrival/Departure Record or Form I-94W Nonimmigrant Visa Waiver Arrival/Departure Record
• Employment  Authorization Document (EAD)
• I-551 (Permanent Resident Card or Green Card)
• Valid U.S. Passport
• Foreign passport that contains a temporary I-551 stamp or temporary printed notation on a machine-readable immigrant Visa
• EAD that contains a photograph (Form I-766)
• Social Security Card
