Thank you very much for your interest in doing business with SEMCA. SEMCA utilizes the Request for Proposals (RFP) and Request for Quotes (RFQ) processes as a way to properly, and fairly, procure necessary services or goods.

Financial and Single Audit Services – REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

SEMCA is seeking proposals, on behalf of SEGA, from qualified public accounting firms whose principal officers are independent certified public accountants licensed by the State of Michigan. The purpose is to perform a financial and compliance audit of the Southeast Michigan Community Alliance’s financial statements. If chosen, the contract will be for three consecutive years of auditing services.

  • RFP questions deadline: Monday, August 26, 2024  | 4 p.m.
    • NO questions were received.
  • Proposal submission deadline: Thursday, September 12, 2024 | 4 p.m.
